Compact High Temperature Dryers: Accept 180°F Inlet Temperature These dryers eliminate water, oil and dirt from air systems preventing damage to pneumatic tools and cylinders. NC Series and Multi-Module Non-Cycling Dryers
NC Series (10-2400 scfm) ZEKS NC Series non-cycling refrigerated dryers are engineered to provide maximum energy efficiency and service life. Moisture and contaminants are efficiently separated from the compressed air stream and automatically discharged from the dryer. Our non-cycling dryers include Best-In-Class features that make them the logical choice for many refrigerated dryer applications.
Multi-Module Series (3200-19200 scfm) For large volume applications, Multi-Module Series dryers provide all the benefits of our NC Series plus redundancy and expandability. These dryers are constructed from multiple independent air treatment modules - eliminating the need to have more than one air dryer. An individual module can be isolated for service or repair while the dryer continues to provide compressed air treatment. Models that are 4000 scfm and larger have a common air INLET and air OUTLET air centerline position. This enables additional modules to be connected to add air treatment capacity as operations expand.
The CFXTM Innovation Our 75-19200 scfm NC Series and Multi-Module Series non-cycling refrigerated dryers are built around our CFXTM heat exchangers. These patented exchangers have high heat transfer with low pressure drop because of short flow length. Flow area that is 3-5 times that of the equivalent copper tube exchanger and self-cleaning action contribute to low pressure drop and low fouling potential. This revolutionary technology provides high air drying efficiency, enabling NC Series and Multi-Module dryers with CFXTM to have low operating cost. All-welded stainless steel CFXTM heat exchangers can be used in many applications where copper or other metals are not suitable. NC Series - 10-50 scfm capacities
